Hi, I'm Kevin Huynh. Professionally, I spent the last four-and-a-half years at Substack leading operations. I oversaw more than a half dozen teams and helped the company grow into the organization and platform it is today.

Before that, I co-founded People & Company. We did community strategy work for companies like Nike, Substack, and Porsche up until our acquisition in 2021. Out of everything we built, I'm most proud of co-writing Get Together—a bestselling handbook on building communities, published by Stripe Press and translated into multiple languages.

Across the past decade+, I've helped with the operations behind a wild variety of businesses and grassroots organizations.

I grew up in Niwot, Colorado, studied mechanical engineering at UC Berkeley, and now live in Sunset Park, Brooklyn with my partner Yoko, our toddler, and our cat soleil.
